The Maze Garden Open Day

Sunday August 4th, four CHINDI authors attended the Maze Garden open day, which only takes place once a year for charity.

Our book stand, which was kindly organised by mystery thriller writer, Isabella Muir, was a lovely way to spend an afternoon alongside authors Lynne Healey, Gunvor Johannson and Helen Christmas. With a range of books on sale for children and adults, they succeeded in raising £65 for the garden charity Perennial – Gardeners’ Royal Benevolent Society.

MANY CONGRATULATIONS TO NOAH!

Noah is the delighted winner of the Maze Garden ‘Guess the weight’ competition, winning a whole pile of books by Chindi authors – worth £65! Noah had to guess the weight of the Oxford Dictionary of English and he managed to come to within just one ounce of the exact weight.
